Have to agree sorry to say. That was the going rate for a mint version R about a year ago but since then the prices have dropped in the ass. Definately a tidy looking car with some nice mods though, gotta count for something right?

To be honest with you, you wont get 16,500 for an fto. The max anyone would go is around 9,600. People with half a brain can import for less and do it up.

I am willing to make an offer of 9,000 for your car without all the fancy mods. Or a reasonable negotiated price for the condition and certain mods on the car left (if u take any off) that we both negiotiate on happily.

i can just see all the comments ppl will post in response to this. fair enough $16500 is a lot, but $9500?

Just because im new to the forums does not mean i'm new to the car industry.

I thought i made it clear.... Without the mods! he can sell the rims, Sound system and other mods/parts serpartely. It does not come with number plates and when cars are resprayed they lose their value.

I have never seen an fto above 9,600 in victoria.

Dealers sell their cars ftos for 12g with 3 year warranty and free services with the same amount of mods and full sound system mint condition very low ks.

My final offer of 10000 cash, pick up.

Otherwise good luck selling it

i just sold my car for 12k its auto 80k on the clock and had similar mods a sh*t load of people were interested so go find your 9k car and tell me how long it lasts for

i had mine up for sale for 13k..140k

black tip. i had 2 deposits and a shitload of phone calls

im no longer selling it, but if i almost sold mine for 13k.. he can easyaly get 14-15 for his.

Now please don't come and say hh it says" 10,500 SO U CNT BY IT 4 9,500 OR 10,000 NOOB U HVE 3 POSTS" cause when people put a price up and says NEGOTIABLE, it means the price can be negiotiated lower. ok, espically when paying cash so their is no tax or waiting for loans and fuss.

Automatics are also more expensive.

there's 21 FTO's currently for private sale in vic,
and ONLY ONE is advertised for less than $9,600

Tiptronic FTOs are a lot more common than manual ones, therefor manuals are more expensive

Just because an overseas student needs to get rid of his/her thrashed car to go back home doesn't mean the price of the car advertised >here < should have similar value.

Cars loose their value after a respray WTF, ive had offers on my car since its been pianted 3k over what i paid.

And all those links to FTO's are all for GPX's and everyone knows they arent worth sh*t....................

17k is a lot of money for an FTO. Im just saying this in context with the market of cars around that price. A well worked FTO for sure 17k +

Um... but as it says ono... that doesnt meen 7k off buddy. ha. I didnt think that or "nearest" offer was like 7 grand off. Hell if people took that much off then i'd be paying someone to take my car :O
