Vibration on Acceleration

Was drivin out of my driveway yesterday and i heard a bit of a snap, now whenever i accelerate i can hear a really bad vibrating sound coming from the left hand side of the car... It definately sounds like its metal, anyone got any ideas? ive got to drive up Mount Ousely later tonight so im hoping its nothing to serious

I can get it off as my nuts are on to tight... my wheel alignment seems to be off now as well

Mate, your droplink is bent to the shithouse!

Thats meant to be a straight bar.... I'd also have a look at the swaybar & swaybar bushes (where that droplink connects)

Did you hit anything or bottom out?

Crap that's not good. Nah didn't hit anything, it was just drive up the driveway which is a bit of an incline and then stop at the top and then as I was stopping there was a big crack noise...

Just another Question. How hard is it to replace the Front Sway Bar yourself? Is it somthing i should be getting the mechanic to do?
