Police favourite spots

Post by lal »

As we all know, FTO Aus members don't speed
incase we do get that sudden urge (next to a well deserved opponent or just to stretch the legs of our FTO's), it's best to know if that specific road is good for a quick drag off the lights or a definite NO-NO!!
This especially helps if you're not familiar with the area and you happen to go by that area 8)

Let me start it off:
If you live around the West Sydney area, a road that is often targeted by police for speeding is:
1. Carlisle Ave. Mt Druitt
2. Great Western Highway heading North just before Kingswood station.

This should be a good thread. I'll add one to the list in Sth West Syd.

Polding Street, Wetherill Park - usually setting up shop to catch speeders

Canberra (Northside):

1. Northbourne Ave. everyday (mainly top end)

2. Ginnenderra Drive
- On hill next to Lyneham
- Prior to red light camera Aikman Drive

3. Top of hill on Barry Drive
