if the teenager had a license (which i assume they did)...they shouldnt have to pay anything....when you take a car for a test drive, i believe it is at the dealers discretion...so if you have an accident they should be held liable, not the person driving.
I guess he found out the car was not meant for him...

The car is insured by the company however the teenager will be held liable to pay the excess...
One claim for the Clubby... It should cover the other cars as well...
(dont argue... i work for a car dealership and go on 50 Test Drives a day)

You are correct .... That is why they take a photocopy of your drivers licence, and sign the paperwork ... It is like a loan car agreement....

No paperwork is neccesary...
Just a quick photocopy of the lisc incase of fines...
Other than that, with most places being worth millions of dollars, they'll just take you to court... not worth the $700 excess

i didnt sign anything when i took my car for a test drive but i had to sign one for my loan car i have now
