Then again I do post a lot of questions, especially at the beginning, cos I was pretty ignorant about the FTO.

i noticed police in rural nsw (on main road like pacific hwy) had police cars which have a big light on top of them ,and they were parked everywhere, with one guy in the back aiming the gun at peopl,e nad it would take a photo, so they have mobilel police cars which take photos too.
im not sure if you mentioned this ruchi (no way im reading all words lol)
