new person wanting an fto but have questions

hi all. i signed up as i am looking to buy an fto however the one I am after will need a tiptonic gear box replacement. Just wondering how much this costs to have done Ie gearbox price + labour costs. cheers and thanks for help in advance

i say dont buy it coz its been thrashed. go look for an fto gpx with low km done look for something with too high kms and if u really want it get it machanicaly check

Sure the whole box will need replacing? Most of the time, input & output speed sensors are shot, or its a blown torque convereter.
