Just chop it off after the cat and wake the whole block up :D

Depends...if you want looks, sounds or performance or a mix and if you're on a budget or not. Post up what you want and plenty of ppl here will be able to tell you what to get.

Lol all three for under 1k...kinda hard :P

If you're only looking at spending 1k now and more later vs 1k now and that's it...well yeah...

If you're only going to be spending 1k now, i suggest metal high flow cat, and an axle-back high flow system in stainless. Something like an x-force chamber muffler with mandrel bent piping at 60mm and finished off with a nice tip of your choice. Make sure you get it done at a good place. Should be little under 1k then and definitely give you some sounds like pops/rumbles etc.

1k now then more later ? Then i recommend either doing the RPW extractors first for now...by the time you buy and install them...it'll be around 1k. Then later on go the metal cat and full catback exhaust. You'll lose low end but gain mid and top end. The more you tinker with the stock exhaust, the more low end loss and gain in mid/high.

Whereabouts you live ?

Just head over to the state section of FTOAU and ask about good local exhaust places or try searching. It's a pretty covered topic in general.

What extractors did you get ? If you're after absolute power and want everything it can offer, get 'em ceramic coated. Hi flow cat...the x-force ones are actually quite good...very good flow and pass emissions test. Or you can try that MetalCat brand that's always advertised...they say they're good but i dunno...a fair few imports use 'em though. Especially turbo cars...

Catback exhaust...just get a custom jobbie...similar in price to buying a name brand or even cheaper and you can custom it. 2.25" with mandrel bends or 2.5" with mandren bends for more noise and top end. Upto you.

I got good results with X-force stuffs myself. Some of their stuff is rubbish, some is good...
