u know that small frame that the window sits under...well when i got my car it was very flakey n i assumed the clown before hand had sprayed it black...how can i get the paint taken off totally? ive tried a few things but no luck n it looks crap.
in sayin that i don't recall seein an fto with a silver frame??

And it's also meant to normally be black dude. Yeah mine's starting to fade a little too, especially if i don't give it some shine stuff. You're going to have to somehow get it anodised or sprayed black =/

Whats probably happened is that it had the rubber bits stuck to it (an option) and someone removed them - it leaves the glue which is damn near impossible to remove (and stuffs the paint in the process). The peeling paint is probably the result of trying to repair the resulting mess without preparing the surface properly.

You can get those bits off fairly easily by removing the rubber around the door frame. Underneath are a whole stack of screws that hold that bit in. Remove them and you can then rub it all back without damaging your car.

    see i wasnt too sure how it should be in its originall state its just a pain...ill get some guy to remove it with somthin strong n c how that turns out...thanks for the help guys appreciate it will try to sort it out :)
