Its from my EVO VII GT-A its a TD05 15G here are some specs
Evolution 7 GTA
Turbo = TD05-15GK2-9.0T
Nozzle Area (cm2) = 9.0
Turbine = Inconel (steel alloy)
Compressor = Aluminium, 65mm wide
If this will work for you guys expect it up for sale soon ....

But is that bigger than my GT28??? I need one that is optimum around 20psi...

Hmm .. I would have put a GT30 on if you wanted to go higher ....
I have the GT30 on my Evo III ... Good turbo ...

Probably sell it for around $700 will have to wait until i install the EVO 9 turbo before its up for sale.

Have you consider just changing the turbo exhaust side housing to GT40, so you have a GT28/40. It will spoon up faster and at the same time let you run more boost.
Barfy, is your turbo the twin scroll titanium version?
