Everyone who would like to be in on this (Including interstate members wishing to help)
Please log into MSN at 7pm Next monday (23rd).

Add myself to your contacts (weirdkid_1@hotmail.com) and say something to me... you will then be invited to join the meeting.

This is to discuss thing such as themes, etc. and to keep them off the public forum.

sorry i couldn't make the MSN chat, something came up that i couldn't get out of and i got home too late, and i would have missed it.

and here's a really really brief minute of the meeting (cos.... we pretty much just talked crap for 2 hours lol)

ppl that are entering:
sam, sammi, simon, rob, chelsea, ben, michael, vegie
(is anyone missing from this?)

deadline for application is 09/09.

sam and sammi be at AS before 3pm on friday to make sure we get the spot

sammi get 1x 240v output on application form and ben will pay for it from the club money

ben's bringing everything except:
need 30m of thick rope and some tape - added to sammi's list

yang bring zipties and eski and booze
everyone else bring screw drivers; knives; zipties; tape etc..
sammi bring eski

theme decided: jap + racing

sam to spam ppl on qld DB asking if they want to enter AS

decided we'll need models

Yang, we also said that maggsy is probably coming too...

Might want to add that in there...

a lot will be discussed on sunday. Thinking everyone going to autosalon can go back to mine (5 mins from sizzler) and do the forms, etc...

Sorry I didn't make it on, I was dead to the world all afternoon/night. Im planning on making it to AS. I'm sure there will be something said about this on sunday at the dinner
