ive got some carbon fibre stero surround questions

Ok guys After many days of searching ive found a company that make carbon fiber parts for performance cars i think they are staioned in the uk but any way there website is www.rallytech.com.
I sent the guy an email and here are the things he wants to know.

Hi Jake,
No quick response, just got back from holidays. The only way and quickest way really would be to get one of the carbon ones which we could then use to make a mould from as all the smooth finishing etc has already been done, is that possible?

So i asked him if i couldnt find a carbon fibre one if plastic will be ok and this is his reply.

Well it would just add a lot of cost, as it would need to be prepared painted etc to enable a mould to be lifted. Has the carbon items you've seen got any retaining clips on the back etc? are they the original items just covered??

So yeah thats what he wants to know and i dont have a carbon fibre one to show him so if any members can help me out with this be greatly apriciated and we might be able to get a group buy going with them.

Have a look on link below. you may want to contact the guy who has started the UK group buy for all sorts of carbon parts. maybe between you and himself you could start an international group buy. You would be certain to atain the numbers you want then.
