apparently Tien SS are 5kg front and 4kg rear for the lancer/fto... and that is wrong! (for the fto)... need a heavier spring rate at the front... because thats what ive got on atm.. and theres just understeer compared to stock. When you turn in (when i had the car with stock susp.) I could turn as sharp as i liked (neutral throttle pos.) with no understeer, and when you lift off u get a bit of oversteer which was perfect. Now with the Tein SS.. even though the car sits lower... theres just understeer when turning in (neutral throttle pos. or lifting off)... and its anoying as.

Adjusting the stiffness of the dampers at the front compared to rear had no effect... full stiff front and full soft rear and it had basically the same effect as full stiff all round.

sorry ranted on a bit. need > 5kg on the front.

why do you think 6kg is good?

Stock is 2.6kg on the front & 1.6kg on the rear. 6 & 4 would be good for a sporty set up.

Pretty sure i was the one that said 6/4 combo. Yeah should be good for daily sporty driving. Get a front strut as well if you don't have one already, it does help.

Lol, i got used to my hard suspension after 2 weeks. I don't feel it anymore except for medium to bad bumps. Can't have everything!
