NSW-Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Fundraising Cruise 3rd June

Hi
My names Stevie and a Newcastle car forum i am apart of is organising a fundraiser cruise to raise funds for the westpac rescue helicopter service (careflight).
Raffles and a bbq lunch will be provided on the day, and the cruise will be gettin media coverage.
I would like to invite your club to attend this cruise and help raise funds for this great cause.
I need definate numbers by the 28th of May so the helcopter service can supply enough food for everyone.
If you could email me numbers and if your club will be attending before the 28th of may it would be greatly appreciated.

Cruise Details

Date: 3rd of June 2007

Aim, to raise as much funds as possible and dontating it all to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service

Day involves:
Sydney Group leave somewhere in sydney and cruise to Twin Servo's on the freeway to meet the Central Coast Group. Both these groups, then meet Newcastle group at the BP Servo's in Bresfield at 11:30am for a 12pm leave.
All cars then cruise to the WRHS Depot in Broadmeadow.

On the day, the volunteers of the service will be doing a BBQ Suasage Sizzle and drinks Sausage Sanga's are $3.50 each and cold drinks are $1 each this is to cover their costs of puchasing the food. For this, I NEED DEFINITE NUMBERS BY THE 28th of May SO THAT THE SERVICE CAN PURCHASE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF FOOD

The minimum donation for each car is $10 but please donate as much as possible even if everone in the car donates $10 or more which will be great

There may also be a raffle on the day pending donations from businesses that I see and are willing to donate anything at all. If its a go ahead, the prizes will be on display on the day but will be posted up on what st, 2nd and 3rd prize-winners will get. The tickets will be $2 each ticket

I would love to do this cruise, I'm in.

I love driving for a cause, gives me more reasons to drive.

For sure champ, its open for all cars not just FTO's.

AND its for charity so tell them not to be tight.

all cars welcom as it is a fund raiser so drage along every one you can

ok FTO owners and non FTO owners lets get some numbers on this one!

we may even get to see our cars on TV

Ok NSW members we are down to 7 days untill this fundraiser I would love to see more names up on screen for this.

Just think you would be helping to save a life just by getting out in your car for a great drive,BBQ and donating $10 thats not a lot to ask when you are talking about someones life now is it.

so come on put your name up and bring your friends along to, you dont need to own an fto just a car to come along

Well I don't want to say I'll be with Olivers mum or something like that but, I need to save my money atm.

I seriously and despritly need a new radiator so every cent help.
