Here's what Mitsubishi Club of Australia had to say about the Autosalon.
He starts off talking about my car here, then goes on to talk about the FTO stand.dimi_108 wrote:Yeah on20's railliart magna was second highest for the FF (front wheel) drive dyno with just under 200kw atw. Running 7psi boost. We were chatting outside for ages about superchargers hehe very funny bloke.
And get this, after the show finished last night (picture around 300 show cars leaving the venue) the cops set up a defect station just outside the main exit gate of the show ground.
How cheap can you get aye??
Half the people were getting defected. So I went in and told all the SAU and other guys still packing up what was going on and everyone ended up camping it out for a few hours in there until the police left.
Damn FTO club where the first ones to scoot out of the venue. We were still rolling up our fake turf and FTO Australia's display was completely packed up and all the cars were outta there in a flash. So they avoided the defect station lol GRRRRR smart asses
dimi_108 wrote:Haha yep your car is nice. Real good street presence. I like the front of it. Looks mean.
My favourite FTO out of your stand was the white with blue race stripes and FTO club lettering. That was an eye catcher.
Howcome the black FTO with the yellow paw prints wasn't at the show?
Your seating area was covered by the massive FTO Australia sign LOL good idea. You guys got to hide behind it. We were out in the open. I fell asleep for 2 hours at our stand then woke up with all the show go'ers looking

We are rather partial to "Speedy" the white/blue one -even if its only used for racing these dayslwrida wrote:dimi_108 wrote: My favourite FTO out of your stand was the white with blue race stripes and FTO club lettering. That was an eye catcher.

My black and yellow girl "Artemis"- is a bit too broken

With a bit of luck my girl will be all fixed and the pair of them may make it to Autosalon Newcastle.
Cheers

hopefully I will get my photos uploaded at the weekend.
Drive down was OK 10 hours back to my place. 850 kms. 1st 20 kms took me 1 hr 15 mins, bl**dy Sydney traffic. that Cumberland car park is a bitch.
also I have got to run some of the photos past the forum censor (kas) to see which ones she will allow for publication,
Cya all again sometime, Robert (tarkus)

Money can't buy happiness, but it can help you look for it quicker, in a convertible.
