hmmmm,
paid a bit for it really - 1020000 Yen (bit over $11000), but that does not include agent fees, shipping, auction cost etc. So..... once I work all that out, maybe can give a better idea.
Unfortunately, I have expensive tastes, because the Aero goes for quite a bit more than others. I saw 95 FTOs going for 25000 Yen (Yep, < $500), which is ridiculously cheap.....
Having said that, this one was on a yard in Japan for 1250000 Yen, 1 week before the auction, so I guess I got it for less than market price.....

They are Enkei RP01s. Good wheel, lightweight.

Omg man.. i don't normally like the facelift but that is soooooooo damn sexy..
The car screams pure class.. it just looks so... clean and sexy!!
Maybe it's just the white lighting in that underground garage, it makes the white gleam!

Nup, there were red ones and black ones too. I just ended up with a white one, (which I must admit I was hoping for). But the white ones do seem to be more common.....

Canberra,
Been waiting for a while for one to pop up, so its just a relief. Sold my other FTO (95 GPX Tip) half way through December. Been suffering some serious withdrawal since then

dstocks that's a find. I don't think I've seen anything later than a 97 model in the flesh in Oz. There were only about 600 FTOs (by my records) made in 1999 and you look like you've picked a good one.
Right time too - gotta love that exchange rate.
Who's going to comply your car?
