what glue??

anyone knows what the best glue to use, to join the broken plastic around the shifter/car stereo area...you know what i mean :wink: I just bought one brand..but it is not even sticking to the plastic.... :x

I would imagine some sort of hardcore araldite would be the go... something that will cope with a hot day cabin temp.

The plastic is too "greasy" to be glued, so you're out of luck on that front.

You can have the plastic "welded" using a soldering iron to close up the crack, then throw on some car filler, sand it flat and spray paint it.

Alternatively try and get your hands on a carbon fibre surround like many of us have had to do.
