Well all original yellow FTO are limited edition, but i know few ppl had repainted it to the same yellow.
Apart from its yellow, it will have the "Car of the year 94-95" badging on the C pillar. And yes they do have LSD as standard. Jack up the car and spin the front wheel would be easy way to tell.
kid_dynamite would able to tell you more, he had one before.

U shouldn't need to, so did you spin the front wheels and both of them move at the same time?

Look for the Japanese identification plate (I think it's blue/green?) on the firewall.
It will have the build date, chassis (VIN) number, and a colour code.
Colour code is a four character sequence. The 'dandelion yellow' Limited Edition colour had a code Y77C. That's the easiest and probably most foolproof way to verify it's authenticity.

Apart from myself and kid-dynamites ex fto, you're the only other person that have the limited edition fto.
I wonder how many made it onto your shores?
