Hey everyone, how's it going? I'm just curious if anyone know's which petrol to use in the FTO? I know you use unleaded but ages ago i had to change my catalytic converter because it was ratling, and the guy who changed it, said that i can't use optimax from shell because optimax damages it...which i was using optimax before but now im just using unleaded. First question...is this true??? My second question, So what kind of petrol can i use in my car??? At shell petrol station theres:
1. Shell Unleaded(Which i use).
2. Shell Unleaded 95.
3. Shell V-Power.
4. Shell V-Power Racing.
Other Petrol Stations:
5. Other types like premiem unleaded.
So which ones can i put in & not put in???
Thanks again for your help. Take care & drive safe =)

Have you been using the 'normal unleaded' (92 RON)?
I use BT Ultimate now, changed over from Vortex 98, they are both 98 RON. I think almost every member on here use 98 RON.
I get a smoother ride using BT Ultimate so i've been using that for the last 3-4 months.
Edit: What's a Calalak??

VPower
Only use the best. Standard Japanese fuel is 100 RON (I think) and that is what the FTO has been designed to run on. Ours is 92 (as stated above). In most cases, 98 RON is as good as youll get, but that is closer than 92 RON.
Tried some V Power last week. Car seems to run smoother. Was running Vortex prior to that.
