Fto Fuel Cap

Post by Ftowner »

Go to fill up my car Today and to my surprise.... there is no FUEL CAP!

No idea how it has gone missing, or why someone would would want to take it or whatever.

But since it has been raining im sure its no good if water / dirt is getting inside my fuel tank,
So im just wondering what is the quickest way for me to get a fuel cap that fits the Fto!?

All help is much Appreciated!

Go buy a universal one from nearly any servo or definitely super cheap. Won't be more then $15...
Because nothing is faster than a p plater in a commodore.....
except maybe a p plater on a unicorn

There's a 2 page thread on this somewhere

It depends on whether the car was imported under the old laws or the RAWS/SEVS import schemes. If it came in under the old laws, it will have an Australian grade unleaded filler neck. If it came in under the later schemes, it'll be the jap spec filler.
