WTB - Transmission Sensors

Post by FTO99 »

Hi All,

Does anyone have any spare input and output speed sensors (4spd), preferably new? Would like to buy as my car is going on limp mode intermittently. The gearbox has been checked twice, the gearbox functions just fine. I can get away with it sometimes by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes but it re-occurs again.

Would also prefer to get the input speed sensor asap if the output sensor is not available.

Willing to pay postage if its interstate

Thanks

I take it you have checked error codes to ensure it is the speed sensors?

i took it to the mechanic and had him check the car, hes told me that the sensors need replacing based on the error code he got (cant remember exactly what the code was) - input speed sensor specifically but ill probably just get the output speed sensor just in case.

Yep, got both. Should be OK. PM me if you want them and well sort out the details.

Can get new ones if youd prefer, but they would take a while.

    cheers
