Done, no problem ;)

and the aircon unit
and other minor stuff that i cant think of yet
Vents - no probs will pull out this arvo
Boot int - No probs, its all there. Wood board is a little warped, but could be reshaped
A/C - As in the climate control unit in the dash?
FTO-BOY wrote:So I take it as the manual engine mounts don't fit on a tip?
Yes they will fit. I actually have a second manual set, but the rubbers are almost shot in them. You could grab inserts from Auto One & press them in if you wanted to reco them.
bob_oz wrote:i'm after a single 16" stock rim or a pair of rims,
did it have the 5-spoke type silver stockies on it?
Apologies mate, but rims are now gone.

Hang on.
I swear that I read the manuals couldn't be used with the autos due to there design and size...

Will read over the thread now, but I was next to postivie, again otherwise you wouldn't have that cross member, I would have collected on the day then and there.
Do need as our engine is sitting on the cross member, no rubber mounts at all.

Edit: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=15195
Have I read it wrong?

Its the same cross member, same mounting brackets on the box, same mounting points, same metal frames on all mount types.

The only difference is in the bushing itself, tip have an open bush, manuals are solid rubber. Why wouldn't you want solid mounts if you drive hard? Less torque lost through engine twist.

Only difference is a bit more cabin vibration.

Nah, I well realise all that, but from observation of what I saw, the tips had a smaller size rear mount rubber, and was slightly angled in one direction to which the manuals did not?

If they are identical, then I'll def take it off you as I need it, one big thing stopping the car from being driven.

Meanwhile, what's wrong with the forums sync lately? Latest replies are all showing up whacked in the index.

EDIT: Gonna strap my size 15s on for this one (I say 15s as I have size 12s already) :P
If I were to bring the FTO, could we perhaps drop and install on the Sunday after Xmas party? :?: :silent:
Can help refill your fridge...
