rust in roof-getting painted

hey guys... im getting my car painted black with a green pearl... but i hit a bump and found out i have rust in my roof... anyway all up its going to be like 5000 to get it all fixed and painted.. does anyone have this problem with their roof? please post and tell me what u did.. and whether or not it worked?

$5000 thats a rip off
I had rust cut out of three corners of the roof and along back and it cost me $1000. I'd be gettin another quote if i was you

is that 5k for the rust cut out or a whole paint job in that colour as well

When I was running about to get the roof rust fixed, the first guy I went to gave me a quote of 10k! After telling him if he just doesnt want the job just say so
I went to the next one who did it for me for about $1600, and that covered a respray of my bonnet and boot which was starting to peel.

10k guys were someone in osborne park.. I cant remember, the other ones were in Myree, next to the A1 performance store.
