Could I get all state co-ordinators (or xmas function co-ordinators) to post up all the details of your function.
Im going to put all xmas function details up on the main page of the site.

however i could ask chelly to organise something if she doesnt mind?

Its the Christmass BBQ thread in the Vic section...set for this weekend.

vic xmas bbq was held saturday on the banks of the yarra.
40 degree heat and smoke from the bushfires couldn't stop us!!!
