Hey everyone, would $695 for a 2.5 v6 dohc with low kms be a good buy? Sounds pretty good. And yes this is the second generation that will fit Ftos and ce lancers.

i never thought it'd be that cheap.. but then again i've never looked up the price of one.

Is it a 6a13 turbo engine?
the 6a13 only officially came out with DOHC on the 6a13 turbo engine.
The only 6A13 dohc NA engines were test engines, and the only ones i've seen for sale of from Kempy's in NZ.
If its from somewhere other than Kempy's you might want to check if it is'nt just a sohc 6a13 engine.

yeah I can't understand it either, but I was quoted from an email enquiry to Ekw in Melbourne. I asked about non turbo 6a13, sohc or dohc doesn't matter- and they quoted me that price for dohc non tubo?? I hear from different sources that they do and don't exist?!?! I'll go and check it out, the eyes don't lie! I've had great service from those guys sofar for jdm mitsu stuff.
don't these bolt strait into fto's? And you can use factory harness and everything in a 2.0 non mivec- I think that's what kempy's did, I'm gonna look that car up.
