Hey guys,

I just got myself a new radiator cap, cos the old one is going.

anyway, ive noticed that there r various replacements caps - its like:

"0.9" and "1.1"

and no, they arnt the sizes lol...

so what's the difference between em, im guessing its related to pressure?

i bought the "0.9" one cos the original one was that...

ideas?

thanx

Yea pressure.
0.9 and 1.1 would be read in 'Bar'. When pressure in the cooling system exceeds this, coolant would be diverted to the overflow bottle. A high pressure cap basically allows you to run your engine at higher temps than std before coolant is diverted...
