sunroof installation doubts

is it possible to get a factory sunroof installed into a FTO that comes without a sunroof ?

Would be pretty hard as the FTO roof has a grove down the centre. An FTO with a factory sunroof doesnt have that grove.

Yep, the standard FTO has a groove down the centre of the roof and the FTO's with sunroofs do not. You would have to do some serious chopping to make it happen. And you would need to get the roof as well as the sunroof to make it happen as all the mount points are a part of the actual roof. If you must have a sunroof, buy one with it already installed.......

Possible, but bear in mind that MOST Aftermarket Sunroofs tend to start dying down in the long run. Unless of course you're spending a fortune for a really good job. :D

Man dont do it ive seen an fto with an aftermarket sunroof and it looks f@#ken ugly. It doesnt sit flush with tha roof and it has like an ugly rubber suround that makes it look like the sunroof is just sittin on the roof not actually part of it Image Image Image take a look for yourself between a factory roof and an aftermarket one
