its not chrome rather those eneki white rims...

would be pretty hard to fix them with metal.. without recoating the whole rim, since theyre probably powdercoated not wetsprayed. if you can match up the colours, you could just put some white putty in or bog the dints up and spray it with a touchup paint can or something.

thats what me and a mate done, we fixed a rim on his prelude with just bog and then painted it another colour, looks like it was new.
