electronic system going haywire

The title says it all 
A few days ago the cars electronic system seems to go beserk, stuff like
- only high beam switches on and my left headlight aint working (bulb is fine)
- left driver side speakers seem to switch on and off (actually it totally died today
)
- when i unlock the car, usually the alarm makes a bip bip noise (not anymore... nuh uh)
and some other stuff i cant think off the top of my head
was wondering anyone particular i should contact for a whole electronic wiring checkup and fix and maybe a price on this kind of service
