if we do it I'm in. would be good to see every1s at the same time and see what a difference the different mods make.

We should already have an idea. Remember the more stickers and rice you have the more bhp you have. Some people should have well over 1000bhp.

I had a chat with
Pro-Tek Automotive
273 Dundas St Preston 3072
(03) 9484 3117
They require around 30 cars for the price to be reasonable
30 cars - $30 each
20 cars - $40 each
10 cars - $50 each
As we cant get together 30 cars, I have asked if it is possible to join a dyno day of their's. They agreed with the idea.
Soon I will get a confirmation about the details of the next dyno day and post it here.

srys, this is gonna be

and sound newbie - but at a dyno, what exactly do they do?
I know at the end of the day u get like results, peak torque and KW atw etc.
But how exaactly do they do that? Rev the car to redline on a particular gear on the machine?
As u can tell... neva been to a dyno before, and am scared and excited at the same time

Hey Max, why did u picked Pro-Tek?
They didn't do a good job last time, they dyno all Tip FTO on 4th, its basically like dyno a manual on 5th or 6th (if it had one), which is the crusing gear.
Plus on the day they couldn't do the torque figure, so i wasn't a happy camper...

Fair enough,
I found their name from the VIC forum, but didn’t read the pages,
I might start looking for another place now around the west of Melbourne, since I have moved to Hoppers last weekend.

$50 is not good I think considering it is a power run only, not sure about the torque curve, but no a/f ratio
They do the full run with all the graphs for $75

no a/f ratio? no torque? thats just sh*t.
your right then $50 is expensive...they should do that for free...although I still wouldn't waste my time ! so u have a power output..wow whats that tell u without the rest?
