FTO AUSTRALIA

i have got myself setup for a CAI already but was just wondering what headers will be good for a fto?.. what kind of gain will i get?... or should i go for something else?

The only easily accessible headers for an FTO are the RPW ones which I think are quite good, and I think people said it is the best bang for dollar power upgrade for an FTO

You need a fuel pressure regulator to bump up fuel pressure as the MIVEC versions run MAP sensors so they can't compensate for greater exhaust/intake flow as such.

I would do cat and exhaust at the same time. Should notice a very nice difference
