Are all your traffic wardens blind ?

I saw a officer wrote a ticket when the meter still got 5mins left, as i was parking right next to it & the owner actually came back when the officer wrote the ticket. The owner is 6ft 5 & well build, he just belt the crap out of the officer after he refuse to cancel the ticket.
Ohhh & he drive a SL500, so i guess he can afford the law sue after that ahahahaha
