Yup he started out at 15.8 and I believe got down to 15.3

Oh My GAWD
I drove past this dude's car every morning on my way to work at North Strathfield.
I was gonna stop and put a handwritten "flyer" on his window. and then i couldnt be bothered stopping because im always almost late to work.
