HEAD LIGHTS

Firstly how good does this look.
Secondly i am dying to have this done to my car
Thirdly, i have been told the painting part is easy, but the resealing of the seals and re installation can b a bitch.
Fourthly, HEEEEEEllllPPP me where can i get this done, the body shop, cant find anyone that will take apart and re seal the lights after painting

LOL now thats a close up, please help someone, must have this now, im in brisbane also, so a body shop in WA might be a bit far to drive, if ya know what i mean.
Any help would be greatly apprecatied

mate, he bought a new set of head lights in japan, i was going to buy that before, but cost too much, so...
anyway i saw a fto with resprayed headlight which is yellow, and i left a note on his car ask him where did he do his light, but no one answered...

The painting part is easy, any panel beater should be able to do that for ya. As for getting the cover off it's a case of heating the seal in the oven. I doubt any panel beater would do this as it's a bit risky and besides if they did it and stuffed your lights i doubt they would replace them.
Get them apart, then take it to a panel beater.

I really like the first pic actually but I'd bet that the reflective qualities would be significantly effected (as in light going everywhere) and that they would be classed as a defect.
Not a fan of the same colour job, looks...I dunno, a bit "80'ish", like something you'd expect to see on an older car.

if your chromed them then it mite effect the spread of light but i wouldn't think by much as FTO's have projector headlights. Main problem would be the highbeams. Other wise your could paint them silver. probably wouldnt cause as much of a problem
