FTO AUSTRALIA

First of all let me say a big hello to the FTO Australia group...
I know what you're all thinking... What the hell is this guy up to? He's been a member here for a bit now!?!
Unfortunately the original NorthQLDFTO is no longer albe to keep his car due to mounting medical expenses & declining health... I am a close friend of NorthQLDFTO & I have just purchased the car from him (being a FTO nut myself!) & I will now continue to contribute to this group myself.
The original NorthQLDFTO...We'll call him Mr D was devestated at the loss of his beloved FTO, at least this way he can still enjoy watching her go through the paces (not to mention he will be putting in a lot of input concerning her direction because I have absolutely no style myself! )
I look forward to participating in this group...

Now, to answer Slither... Yes, the scissor hinges have been fitted & DAMN they work bloody fantastic!!! And they look freaking awesome!
I'm currently having the car fully detailed including a pro cut & polish. Plus a few other bits and pieces that NQFTO Mk1 had sitting around waiting for installation are going in over the next week... Once all that is done I'll take some pics... I want to get some night pics as one of the items being fitted is a full underbody LED set!
As for other FTO's in Townsville... I think there's about 3 or 4 of them, haven't been able to catch up with any other owners yet though.

Sorry to hear what happen to Mr D, hope he get better real soon & buy another FTO & join us again.
