Just on the off chance,can anyone measure the width of the bootlid for me please?

I'm trying to decide whether an aftermarket mr2 spoiler will fit the fto bootlid

I've try that before, & the answer is NO, but then again every spoiler is different.

That's a very negative attitude.....faliure is not an option! Don't you own an angle grinder?
I've managed to fit an mr2 p/s pump to mine so a spoiler shouldn't be too hard
