hey guys i cant believe i spotted a current model mitsubishi eclipse
on forest rd near hurstville!!!
i never knew u could have that in australia
it was outside a smash repair shop
black in color
very nice looking!!!

Are you allowed LHD cars over there? Otherwise it must be a conversion, as I'm pretty sure that there were none made in RHD at all...

Sounds like here - its just hard enough so that importing them here is virtually impossible. One of the few Japanese performance cars that you can't get here, which of course makes everyone want one....

Yeah, bloke who imported mine for me (old mate of mine) got real sick of the restrictions the gov was putting in & the continually growing paperwork pile. So he's gone into importing boats! and making some pretty good $$$ off it too...

i seen a green eclipse driving round in the city george st awhile ago, was LHD too.
