Grrrrr!!! i got a new idle thingy motor and installed it, solved the problems of the revs bouncing around but on cold starts the engine still stalls also lately i been getting the dash flicker when accelerating at high speeds. Took it too a auto electrician that did a quick check and said the battery is charging fine, so i dont know. I kinda think the battery is crap. anyone else got any ideas?

sure its the battery light?

when i say the dash is flickering i mean the whole dash lighting at night, the speedo and the revs meter, all that flickers when driving at around 100km/h in 3rd and 4th on the tippo box. Some more info last nite for the first time the car struggled to start, took way longer than normal to kick over. The battery meter always reads over 12V while driving and when i come to the car the next day before starting the car, i put the key in the on position and the oil and battery lights come on and battery meter reads a little under 12V. After the car starts the battery and oil lights are gone.
