One of my apartments it's due for completion in May/June, so it will be availible for rent.
It's located next to Swinburne University, & as the map below indicated, it's close to everything, just few minutes walk from public transport, sporting facilities, & shopping.
The apartment had floor to ceiling windows which facing North West, & I’ve included some of the view below, it also had a balcony facing the city as well.
