can anyone recommend?

i had an accident today, unfortunatelly its my fault. I have no insurance. Can anyone recommend a honest, good, cheap, panel beater who is familiar with fto? My front bumper is bad, the thing that holds the bumper are all bent. can it be fixed my just hammering and straightening things???? im in sydney... PLEASE HELP!

Rockdale Smash Repairs did a pretty good job on the front of my FTO. They don't over charge. (02) 9567 5366 is their number, ask for Michael. Tell him that David with the dark blue FTO recommended him.
Which part of Sydney you from???

Gow Street Smash Repairs are pretty damn good, i currently have a VS Commodore and i went into the side of another commodore and screwed up my front bumper, took it there and was fixed within the day... and i noticed they had an FTO in there, aswell as cars like 180SX's and other jap imports.
(dont look down on me cause of the commo... its only something to keep me going before i get my FTO
)
