I know it can be re-used but thought I might replace them just in case. Last thing I want is to get the car back together and have a leak somewhere.

Where would I get such an item?

Any large Mitsu dealer will usually have the most comment gaskets in stock. I have sourced various gaskets both in Sydney and in Adelaide with little trouble .
