VIC: 2/02/05 Black fto along princess hwy

i was driving along princess hwy on wednesday nite at around 2am (thursday morning)... i came upon a black fto, and as i over took it, the fto did not have its front headlights working, and only one of the parkers were working...
is it anyone from here?
