Hm, you need to host the pictures somewhere, check with your ISP, they probably give you some webspace, then to put them up, you need to use the "[img]" & "[/img}" tags with the URL inbetween

I'd recommend http://www.imageshack.us/, it's free and they'll store the image forever.
