FTO AUSTRALIA

does anyone know of anyplaces to get parts for the FTO apart from Kempys? as in any cheaper places? im in NZ at the moment and im thinking about picking up a spare center console since no one in aust is sellling them. tomorrow is my last day, so yeah, im trying to squeze this in.

Where abouts are you? In Auckland?

If so, there are a couple of smaller Mitsi wreckers around:

- Western Mitsi Spares, 31 Bruce McLaren Rd, Henderson
- Mitsi Parts World, 543 Rosebank Rd, Avondale (just down the road from me)
- Affordable Mitsi Parts Specialists, 15 Kaka St, Otahuhu
- Hanns Autos Spares, 19a Norman Spencer Dr, Manukau

If you look in a copy of the Yellow Pages (can be found in any public phone booth) under 'auto dismantlers' you should find some.

There's also a couple of places who do general parts who might have some, such as:

- Dodsons, 20 Poland Rd, Glenfield, North Shore
- BE Car Parts, 138 Wiri Station Rd, Manukau
- Parts Imports, 3 Gordon Rd, Otahuhu.

But Kempys really are the kings when it comes to Mitsi wreckers, unfortunately they know it and charge accordingly...

yes i am in auckland, right in the CBD. im looking up the phone numbers for them now. im hopefulling looking for anything that is on the way to the air port.makanu ? (spelling?)
