tried to install a glass mounted antenna on the weekend, pulled my deck out and realised it has wiring already...
followed the wiring and it seemed like it ends behind the roof moulding..
didnt bother taking the moulding out to find out where it ends....
does anyone have any clue where the end of the wire is?? dunno about other GR's but i'm almost confident mine doesn't have a stock antennae..
just kinda confused me when i found out it has wiring for it....

thanks in advance.

It's built into the rear windscreen, it looks like a bit of the rear demister.

I got mine for free too, but I think they cost around the $20 mark. It picks up pretty much all the stations, but some frequencies are still unreachable (don't bother going to the drive-in cinemas  )

Frequency expanders are available from places like Jaycar, Tandy, and some car audio shops.

After installation of the expander, you should be able to tune into most stations, however the numbers on the display of the head unit will be incorrect and some stations will have a lot of interference.
