VIC: TWO FTOS SPOTTED IN ONE DAY!

November 18- 8am and 11.30am
Today I walked out of my house to go to work.. and someone has parked their Black, shiny FTO that is covered in Rallyart stickers out the front of my house.. No offence to whoever owns it but there must be 10 stickers on it! It has a parking permit for my area too.. so Hi to whoever owns it!
I saw another one on my way back, driving down Wellington Parade/Flinders Street, a dark blue FTO with a silver checkered flag on the back right side of it, rego SOQ something.
(The black one is still out the front).
