how to mount number plate onto mesh grill in veilside front

my number plate i dunno how to put it on
i done want to drill holes in the front bar

yes you can use cable ties or screws with washes behind to hold it into the mesh or the screws that grab on when you twist them in Im not sure what they call them??
The other way is to use silicone selastic and lock wire that is how I have put my into position just means that you can't remove them all the time if thats what you wanted ?
