Like the subject states, my torque converter said see ya. I'm having a lot of trouble sourcing a new one even from overseas as I'm located in USA. From my understanding the F4A42 gearbox in the FTO has a 25 spline count, 27 with LSD (but that doesn't apply to me) all I keep finding are torque converters for F4A42 gearboxes that are 20 spline count from 1.5 Mirages or Lancers. Please help me source one or give me some info on one that is interchangeable.

The 25 and 27 spline count you are referring to are for the driveshaft/diff splines, NOT the torque converter. I don't know the torque converter spline count off the top of my head but I would assume it is the same as any other F4A42 transmission.
