If you have a series 1 FTO then you should be able to do it without removing the bumper. You just need a little dexterity.

hey ROO-CHEE
dexterity
\Dex*ter"i*ty\, n. [L. dexteritas, fr. dexter: cf. F. dext['e]rit['e]. See Dexter.] 1. Right-handedness.
2. Readiness and grace in physical activity; skill and ease in using the hands; expertness in manual acts; as, dexterity with the chisel.
3. Readiness in the use or control of the mental powers; quickness and skill in managing any complicated or difficult affair; adroitness.
mate i dont think i have any of the above lol ehehehe
my hands are too big to be gracefull and i cant fit em through the top of the bumper undr the bonnett :p thats why i gots to take it apart and put it 2gether again

there are instructions to do it... its not that hard you just need to know where the bolts are
first time will take you a few hours ...
these days i get mine off in minutes...
if you come to Oran Park next week (either as a racer or just spectator) i'll show you where they are ... (there are also instructions on ftodiy but they're not the easiest to follow)

Hello,
I wonder if any one can help me quickly here.
I am in the process of removing my font bar and removed most of the bolts.
However, I cannot seem to find a few...
The front bar doesn't seem to want to come off just near the head lights.
Does any one know why this is so?
Thank you so much...

Actually I just figured out what the problem was so it's ok for that problem.
However, I have faced another hurdle.
The screw that holds the fog light unit doesn't want to come out for some reason. any one had a similar problem?
If so how did you end up getting it out?
Or does any one know what's good to use to loosen the screw?
I have tried showering it with lubricants but that doesn't seem to help at all!
HELP!!!
Thank you,

i guess by the time your reading this, you've probably munted/worn away the screw tips, what you can do is get a dremal (spelling?) and cut deeper slots into it so the screwdriver has more bite, but be careful not to drill too much so you weaken the whole screw and it breaks in the foglight. hope this makes sense

yeah its pretty common for the foglight screw to wear like that...
i'm guess it could be worked out from the inside with a pair of vice grips or something like that

Thanks guys...
I actually gave up last night after a little while.
I'll try again soon but not sure how it'll go.
Thanks again and wish me luck!
