Rad Fan not kicking in - fixed

Rowans car again, I should have a daily post of what's screwed up on this car.

Radiator fan isn't kicking in now, i'd say this is probably since he removed the drivers side fan and fitted an aftermarket slim one on the other side of the rad to make space for the turbo. I did the wiring on it and it could be that I did it the wrong way and screwed something up but i've checked the 30A fusible link in the fuse box and that's not blow, did a continuity test on it and all good.

Aftermarket fan isn't connected now so why doesn't the stock fan kick in, what should I check next?

The casing will definitely be different to what you'd find at supercheap or equivalent, don't think the internals are though - if you wanted to test the theory. 80amp from memory?

Not the relay, swapped it with the window one and that still works, fans not kicking in though.
Fans work when I run 12v cable to them.
Maybe it's just not hot enough lol.

Do they turn on with A/C?

No didn't turn on with A/C, but he doesn't have A/C anymore.
Now that we've fixed his stalling issue he took it for a drive and they are kicking in once properly warmed up, just not as enthusiastically as the fans on my FTO.
