Hey guys, this is the second time i've had this problem. The key wont come out og the ignition. The first time was when i put my new stereo in,, i unplugged the battery and once i plugged it back on and turned the ignition the car worked fine but could not take the key out of the ignition. I took the car for a drive and then voila!! the key came out, most likely the computer reset and then it needed to drive the car for it to release the key.
Now today i took the car for a wash at a place in croydon near parramatta rd and left the car there once i came back i drove home and guess what, the key got stuck in the chamber once again. I thought the guys at the car wash maybe unplugged the battery gods know why so the ecu reset. What i did was unplug the battery for 1 hr then i took it for a short drive but the key still stuck in there. then i went for a longer drive but to no avail. Anyone has any clues as what i can do?
And also my momo gearknob wasn't it the right place once i got it from the car wash, it seemed like they tried to take it out!!!.
This is really getting on my nerves...sorry for the long post.

I can't remember how to fix it, but i remember there were a few topics about this already some where on the forums.
